Is it really every feature on every plan?
Yes. There are no feature tiers. The only thing that changes between Small, Medium and Large is how large a congregation the plan is sized for.
What happens after the free first year?
New churches and church plants get their first year completely free. After that, a Small church is just £10/month. We'll remind you well before anything changes, and there's never a card required to start.
How do you count our size?
By active people in your database — roughly up to 150 for Small, up to 500 for Medium, and unlimited for Large. If you grow past a plan we'll simply suggest the next one; nothing stops working overnight.
Do you take a percentage of our giving?
Never. Qahal is not-for-profit and volunteer-led. The flat monthly fee is the whole cost — we don't touch a penny of what your church receives.
Can we move from ChurchSuite or Planning Center?
Yes. Export your people, groups and giving as CSV and import them into Qahal. There are no migration fees and no lock-in — your data is always yours to export again.
Is our data safe and separate from other churches?
Every church is fully isolated at the database level (multi-tenant with row-level security). Your data is yours alone and never shared across the network.
